Are you feeling anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or stuck? I offer a collaborative space for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, cultural challenges and more. I bring both professional knowledge and my lived experience to my work. I often work with BIPOC individuals, newcomers, youth, women and anyone who is trying to learn new tools to overcome challenges in their lives.
My approach combines evidence-based therapy with culturally sensitive care to help you build emotional awareness, develop practical coping tools, and strengthen your self-confidence. I offer therapy in English and Hindi, with evening and weekend appointments available both virtually and in-person in Burnaby.

Do you struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, depression, or low self-esteem? Facing transitions, stress, or the challenges of being part of a cultural minority? When immigration, culture shock, and socio-economic pressures are added in, life can feel overwhelming. I help individuals, including parents and students, manage anxiety, ease perfectionism, and build self-confidence. Having immigrated to Canada from South Korea at age 2, and as a parent myself, I can understand how cultural transitions, family expectations, and identity issues affect mental health. My goal is to help clients find clarity, resilience, and lasting change.
